Saurus Barrel Fermented Pinot Noir 2021

When Familia Schroeder winery was being built, workers uncovered the bones of a large herbivore dinosaur. The singularity of the find, inspired the name SAURUS for these premium set of wines. This innovative Pinot Noir from Patagonia is the result of thoroughly hand harvested and selected grapes from the most privileged areas of the estate. 

The wine conveys red fruits of cherry, red currant, raspberries and strawberries with notes of delicate tannin, oak and spices.
