R. Favire cuvee 'Mont Pinson' Pinot Meunier 2019

First cuvée created by David Faivre, designed to be an expression of the specific "Mont Pinson" locality in Belval-sous-Châtillon. The grapes are sourced from the only limestone part of the Belval hillside, which gives the wine a notable minerality. 

Fruity profile of apricot and Japanese plum, with a lively attack and mineral persistence on the palate.  Precise, powerful yet balanced with freshness. Unforgettable finish.
