Dopff au Moulin – Crémant d’Alsace Cuvée Julien Brut NV is very pale gold with clear reflections and fine columns of bubbles. Fresh and elegant, with a discreet hint of flowers and dried fruits. A generous note on the palate. All the finesse of Pinot Blanc and the body of Auxerrois is optimised by the traditional method. The cuvée is patiently rested for 24 months “on latte” for greater complexity and finesse of bubbles.
