Barone Pizzini 'Bagnadore' Zero-Dosaggio Riserva Franciacorta DOCG 2015

The grapes for Bagnadore Barone Pizzini come from a single vineyard where the more than twenty-year-old vines enjoy the benefits of a climate mitigated by the surrounding woods. 

Brilliant straw yellow with a silver-green touch and fine mousse. Elegant bouquet, with hints of cold butter, nougat and flint, followed by floral notes. Compact fruit on the palate, with invigorating acidity, lingers very well into the juicy, salty finish.
